By accessing or using FloraCraft Academy’s website, course areas, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use paid features.
2. Accounts
- Credential security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
- Accurate information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information and to keep it up to date.
- Sharing: Unless expressly permitted, you must not share accounts, resell access, or provide login credentials to third parties.
- Unauthorized activity: If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify us promptly at [email protected].
3. Payments & Refunds
Paid Services may include one-time purchases and/or subscriptions. Payments are processed securely via available payment providers.
Refund window (standard)
Refund eligibility typically requires: (a) request within 14 days of purchase, and (b) proof of non-consumption of material beyond trial limits. Specific products may have different conditions shown at checkout.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.
Prohibited conduct includes
- Attempting to access restricted areas, systems, or accounts without authorization.
- Reverse engineering, copying, scraping, or redistributing course content without permission.
- Posting unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
- Interfering with platform security, availability, or other users’ experience.
Intellectual property
Course materials, videos, templates, and brand assets are protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal learning only, unless otherwise stated.
5. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice (for example, by posting an update on this page). Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
